Where do you ship to?

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat rate of £15.00 on all UK orders, regardless of order size.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are handled within 1–2 business days and take 2–4 business days in transit, giving a total delivery time of 3–6 business days from order. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are processed sooner.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you tracking details so you know when to expect your package. You can also check your order status any time on our order tracking page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the credit and debit card payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through an encrypted payment system.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us with your order number and photos of the issue as soon as possible after delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Please see our Order Cancellation Policy for full details.
