Payment Policy

This policy explains how payment works when you order from Premier Catering Supplies (a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd), which payment methods we accept, and how your payment information is kept secure.

Accepted Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using any of the following at checkout:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, and Elo
• Shop Pay
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay
• Klarna (where eligible), which lets you spread the cost of your order — Klarna's own terms and eligibility checks apply

Currency and Pricing

All prices are shown and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £). All product prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. The VAT element of your order is itemised at checkout. A flat shipping charge of £15.00 is added to UK orders and is shown before you confirm your order, so the full amount you pay — including products, VAT, and shipping — is clear before payment. There are no hidden fees.

When Payment Is Taken

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you pay with Klarna, payment is handled according to the Klarna plan you select at checkout.

Secure Payments

All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system. Your card details are entered directly with our payment provider over an encrypted connection and are not stored on our servers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. We ship to UK addresses only.
